We specialise in asset management services throughout all lifecycle phases from consulting, engineering, manufacturing, assembly, operations, maintenance, and decommissioning. Our workforce of over 4,500 employees operates from 14 offices in strategic industrial hubs, upholding the highest standards of safety, compliance, and quality.

The role of HSE Advisor is to provide essential knowledge, advice, and support by promoting continuous improvement and safe working practices across the site in accordance with defined legislative and contractual requirements. You will promote a positive health and safety culture throughout the company and supply chain, contributing to HSE commitments by highlighting and promoting best practice. You will ensure HSE Management System policies and procedures are implemented and utilised across all aspects of project work scopes within allocated milestone delivery requirements.

Key responsibilities include monitoring and reviewing site performance through weekly inspections and audits, assessing all Risk Assessments and Method Statements to ensure compliance with company policies, recording findings, and highlighting areas for improvement. You will agree remedial actions with site management on any non-conformance and carry out follow-up reviews to ensure appropriate implementation.

Additionally, you will prepare and deliver reports on project HSE performance targets and KPIs in line with business, client, and regulatory reporting requirements. You will provide proactive advice and guidance on site to ensure HSE processes are followed and key behaviours embedded across project work packages. Managing the delivery of robust HSE inspection and audit regimes to monitor compliance with contractual and statutory requirements is also essential.

You will identify relevant HSE-related training requirements to ensure compliance on site, preparing and delivering training as required. Managing effective incident response, reporting, investigation, and follow-up to establish root causes and ensure appropriate actions are identified and closed out is a key part of this role.
