About the Role
Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy Limited is seeking an experienced HSE Advisor with extensive knowledge of Wind Turbine construction to support the safe execution of upcoming Offshore Wind Farm Projects. The HSE Advisor will coordinate with internal workforce and external contractors to ensure a suitable and sufficient Safe System of Work is in place before works commence and liaise with site supervisors to monitor adherence during execution. This role ensures compliance with Environmental, Health and Safety legislation, Siemens Gamesa standards, customer, and site requirements.

Key responsibilities include supporting site management to discharge duties in line with procedures and legal regulations, monitoring emergency preparedness, promoting effective pre-job planning, and encouraging the use of Enablon for safety reporting and inspections. The advisor will ensure safety observation reports are followed up with appropriate investigations and corrective actions, coordinate timely close out of CAPAs, analyze safety trends, and implement awareness schemes.

Additional duties involve attending planning and coordination meetings, performing frequent site safety walks and formal inspections, collaborating with technical and HSE teams across the business to share learning and develop guidelines, and participating in internal and external HSE audits and assessments.

This role requires a proactive, motivated individual comfortable working offshore and at height, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Experience
- Minimum five years' experience in an HSE role within the Wind Turbine Construction or maintenance industry.
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional team.

Qualifications
