About the Role

The Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) team at THG Labs plays a vital role in ensuring safe working environments for all employees and visitors at the manufacturing site. As an HSE Advisor, you will support the day-to-day health, safety, and environmental activities, promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation.

You will work closely with operational senior leadership and site teams to conduct risk assessments, deliver training, perform inspections, and provide practical HSE advice. Key responsibilities include supporting site-specific HSE policies and procedures, conducting workplace inspections and audits, assisting with risk assessments and permit-to-work processes, investigating incidents and near-misses, delivering inductions and toolbox talks, maintaining accurate HSE records, monitoring PPE compliance, and contributing to monthly HSE performance reviews.

This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual passionate about workplace safety and environmental responsibility.

Experience
Previous experience in an HSE role within a manufacturing environment is essential.

Qualifications
NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent HSE qualification is essential.
