About the Role
Join Ocado Logistics as a proactive HSE Business Partner supporting our business teams in maintaining and improving Health, Safety, Fire, and Environmental compliance. You will be instrumental in ensuring best practices, driving compliance, and fostering a safe workplace culture across our logistics operations. Key responsibilities include acting as the first point of contact for HSE matters, providing expert guidance to facility management teams, conducting audits, inspections, and risk assessments across multiple sites, supporting operational teams with incident investigations and trend analysis, keeping up to date with legislation changes, and coaching teams to embed a strong safety culture throughout the business. Experience
Experience in a Health, Safety, Fire & Environmental role, ideally within logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing.
About you
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive change.
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Ability to compile accurate reports and communicate findings effectively.
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle insured for business use, as travel across the region will be required.
Qualifications
NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent recognised certificate.
