About the Role
Join Ocado Logistics, the driving force behind a revolutionary shopping experience, as a proactive HSE Business Partner. Based in Erith, Kent, you will support our business teams in maintaining and improving Health, Safety, Fire, and Environmental compliance across our cutting-edge logistics operations. This role is key to ensuring best practices, driving compliance, and fostering a safe workplace culture. Your responsibilities will include acting as the first point of contact for HSE matters, providing expert guidance to facility management teams, conducting audits, inspections, and risk assessments across multiple sites, and supporting operational teams with incident investigations and trend analysis. You will keep up to date with legislation changes, advise on policy updates, and coach teams to embed a strong safety culture throughout the business. Experience
Proven experience in a Health, Safety, Fire & Environmental role, ideally within logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing.

About you
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive change. Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment. Ability to compile accurate reports and communicate findings effectively. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle insured for business use, as travel across a region will be required.

Qualifications
NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety or an equivalent recognised certificate.
