About the Role
Join Ocado Logistics as a proactive HSE Business Partner supporting our business teams in maintaining and improving Health, Safety, Fire, and Environmental compliance. You will be instrumental in ensuring best practices, driving compliance, and fostering a safe workplace culture across our logistics operations. Responsibilities include acting as the first point of contact for HSE matters, providing expert guidance to facility management teams, conducting audits, inspections, and risk assessments across multiple sites, supporting operational teams with incident investigations and trend analysis, advising on legislative changes and policy updates, and coaching teams to embed a strong safety culture throughout the business. Experience
Proven experience in a Health, Safety, Fire & Environmental role, ideally within logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing. Skilled in conducting audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and driving continuous improvement.
About you
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive change. Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment. Excellent communication skills with the ability to compile accurate reports and effectively communicate findings. Proactive and able to mentor and coach teams to foster a positive safety culture. Holds a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle insured for business use, as travel across the region is required.
Qualifications
NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety or an equivalent recognised certificate.
