About the Role
Honeywell is seeking an experienced HSE Director to provide global leadership and oversight of the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) function for the Sundyne Business, which includes 5 manufacturing locations and multiple offices. You will establish strong working relationships with business leaders, ESS teams, and manufacturing sites, also supporting 2 ESS EMEA locations. Reporting directly to the HSE and Business Resiliency Leader for ESS, you will direct sustainable health, safety, and environmental programs by implementing impactful operating processes and staying ahead of leading practices and standards. This role requires approximately 25% international travel and offers the opportunity to lead HSE initiatives across complex manufacturing and chemical processing environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement Honeywell and ESS HSE programs and standards, providing technical assistance and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
- Conduct site compliance reviews, prioritize actions, and drive execution of necessary measures.
- Manage incident escalation and investigation processes to prevent future incidents.
- Drive performance through execution of the Annual Operating Plan, Balanced Scorecard, and HSE metrics.
- Lead HSE communications across EU and India.
- Lead and develop a team of HSE professionals, facilitate capital funding for projects, and champion risk reduction initiatives.

Requirements

Experience
- Extensive progressive experience in Health, Safety, and Environment roles.
- Proven leadership managing HSE across multiple sites in complex manufacturing and chemical processing environments.
- Demonstrated success in driving continuous improvement in HSE performance.

- Strong oral and written communication skills with a customer-oriented and strategic mindset.
- Effective leader with experience in developing and motivating teams.
- Ability to build strong relationships across global teams and locations.
- Willingness to travel internationally approximately 25% of the time.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in chemical engineering, manufacturing, safety, environmental science, or a related field.
