About the Role
Mercedes AMG High Performance Powertrains (HPP) is committed to winning safely and minimizing environmental impact. The Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Team advises the business on legal compliance and best practice implementation. As part of this team, you will act as the 'danger experts' and HPP's conscience, continuously reviewing technology and processes to keep people safe and enable success. You will have the opportunity to work and learn within a small, dynamic team covering a wide range of processes across the company. Supported by a mentor, you will champion specific health, safety, and environmental processes, research and provide advice on projects, and take ownership of dedicated tasks. You will assist Senior Management with data collation critical to project delivery and company targets. Development Opportunities

Requirements

Experience
A proven academic record with an expected 2:1 or above in a relevant degree such as Engineering, Industrial Systems, Manufacturing (including Health and Safety and Environmental modules), or a strong occupational health/risk background through a social sciences degree.
