We are seeking a proactive HSE Business Partner/Manager to join our team and support our business units in maintaining and enhancing Health, Safety, Fire, and Environmental compliance. This pivotal role involves acting as the first point of contact for HSE matters, providing expert guidance to facility management teams, and driving best practices across our logistics operations.
Key responsibilities include conducting audits, inspections, and risk assessments across multiple sites to ensure compliance with legal and company standards, supporting operational teams with incident investigations and trend analysis, advising on policy and system updates in line with legislation changes, and coaching teams to embed a strong safety culture throughout the business.
Experience
Proven experience in a Health, Safety, Fire & Environmental role, ideally within logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing environments.
About you
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive change effectively.
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to compile accurate reports and convey findings clearly.
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle insured for business use, as travel across the region will be required.
Qualifications
NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety or an equivalent recognised qualification.
