About the Role
As an HSE Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the company. You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a safe and healthy work environment for all employees. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing HSE policies and procedures in line with company standards and regulatory requirements, conducting regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions, investigating accidents and incidents and providing recommendations to prevent future occurrences, and conducting training and awareness programs for employees on health, safety, and environmental best practices. Additionally, you will maintain records of all incidents, accidents, and safety-related activities, liaise with relevant authorities to ensure compliance with regulations and permits, monitor and report on the company's HSE performance, conduct risk assessments, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to HSE.

Experience
Proven experience as an HSE Officer or in a similar role with a strong track record of ensuring compliance and promoting workplace safety.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH or IOSH are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools. Only UK Nationals will be considered for this role.
