About the Role
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic HSE and Security Coordinator to join our team in London. In this role, you will implement and monitor safety and security protocols to protect the organisation's staff, facilities, and resources. Your responsibilities will include conducting risk assessments, responding to incidents, and promoting a culture of safety across the organisation. Key duties include identifying potential security risks and developing mitigation strategies, conducting regular safety audits and inspections, responding to security incidents and emergencies, investigating incidents and preparing detailed reports, developing and delivering safety training programs, enforcing safety and security policies, collaborating with management to update protocols, and maintaining communication with regional and national HSE teams. You will also maintain accurate records of incidents, safety drills, and inspections using the AIR3 reporting tool and prepare reports for management regarding safety and security issues. The role may involve physical demands such as standing, walking, and responding to emergencies.

Experience
Previous experience in security, training, or a safety-related role is preferred.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications in safety or security are preferred. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices is essential.
