About the Role
Parkinson Gray Associates represents a leading, award-winning MEP engineering practice with an employee-owned structure, dedicated to sustainable building design and addressing climate and biodiversity challenges. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, forward-thinking team where sustainability is embedded in every project and professional interaction.

Based in a lively London office, you will work as an intermediate-level electrical engineer within a multidisciplinary MEP group, designing and delivering electrical services across various sectors. Your responsibilities will cover all project stages from RIBA Stage 0 (Strategic Definition) to Stage 7 (In Use). The team aims to deliver innovative, sustainable solutions that integrate seamlessly with architecture and structure.

You will build upon your professional development by expanding your knowledge to deliver electrical designs, participate in site monitoring, attend client and design team meetings, and support the initial training of graduate engineers. Intermediate Engineers work under the guidance of Senior or Principal Engineers, contributing to high-quality, sustainable engineering outcomes.

This role offers the chance to be part of a community committed to making a positive difference, with excellent opportunities for growth, recognition, and meaningful contribution.

- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working independently or collaboratively.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to tackle new challenges.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a varied workload.
- Keen interest in sustainable practices and a collaborative approach with colleagues, clients, and external partners.

Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Working towards or ready to apply for Chartered Engineer status (CEng).
- Proficient in digital design tools such as BlueBeam, Revit, and ProDesign.
