About the Role
Our client, a Bulge Bracket Investment Bank based in London, is expanding its flagship advisory team focused on the Energy, Power & Utilities, and Climate Tech sectors. This team provides strategic M&A, capital markets, and financing solutions to clients navigating the global energy transition. As a Vice President, you will play a key leadership role in driving M&A deal origination and execution, leading sector research, financial modelling, valuations, and client presentations. You will manage client relationships, support strategic advisory initiatives, and mentor junior team members to ensure high-quality deliverables. This role offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of sustainable finance and energy transition, within a high-performing and collaborative environment. This is a Certified Role under PRA & FCA regulations.

Experience
- 5-8 years of investment banking or corporate finance experience, preferably within a Bulge Bracket or full-service investment bank
- Strong M&A execution and financing experience
- Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills
- Proven track record of leading complex transactions and supporting origination
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Qualifications
- Relevant degree in finance, economics, or related field preferred
