About the Role
Join Thames Reach as a Lead Manager for the Lambeth Street Engagement Team and Integrated Health Network. Thames Reach delivers vital services to end homelessness in and around London, working directly with people sleeping rough and those in hostels, preventing homelessness and supporting individuals to rebuild their lives. Our outreach teams operate across London, responding rapidly and flexibly to reach people on the streets. You will manage a team delivering assertive street work and hot spot visits across Lambeth, working closely with the Integrated Health Network within hostels and hubs to improve the health and wellbeing of service users.
This role requires an understanding of the challenges faced by people living chaotic street lifestyles, often affected by drug and alcohol misuse, and supporting them through addiction towards stabilisation and recovery. You will represent Thames Reach in multi-agency meetings, monitor and report service effectiveness to funders, identify trends, and develop solutions. Developing and supporting your team through supervision and training will be key to achieving service goals in line with best practice. You will also build strong partnerships with commissioners, council employees, support agencies, and enforcement teams to enhance service delivery.

Experience
- Proven experience working with rough sleepers or vulnerable adults and supporting them to access services
- Understanding of the needs and challenges of people affected by chaotic street lifestyles, including drug and alcohol misuse

- Excellent organisational and time management skills with a strong outcome focus
- Confident communicator with public speaking experience, able to represent Thames Reach externally
