About the Role
Join Thames Reach as a Lead Manager for the Lambeth Street Engagement Team and Integrated Health Network. Thames Reach delivers vital services across London to support people experiencing street homelessness, helping them find routes off the street and access essential health and support services. You will manage a team delivering assertive street outreach and hot spot visits within Lambeth, working closely with the Integrated Health Network in hostels and hubs to improve the health and wellbeing of service users.
This role requires a compassionate and committed leader who understands the complexities of supporting individuals affected by chaotic street lifestyles, including those impacted by drug and alcohol misuse. You will represent Thames Reach in multi-agency meetings, monitor and report service effectiveness to funders, and develop your team through support and supervision. Building strong partnerships with commissioners, council employees, support agencies, and enforcement teams will be key to your success.

Experience
Proven experience working with rough sleepers or vulnerable adults, supporting them to access services. Understanding of the challenges faced by people living chaotic street lifestyles, particularly related to addiction and recovery.

Qualifications
