About the Role
Join Thames Reach as a Lead Worker at Martha Jones House, a transitional hostel where a dedicated 24-hour staff team supports people experiencing street homelessness. You will contribute to effective day-to-day service delivery, conducting Risk Assessments, Needs Assessments, and move-on plans with clients. You will take a lead role within the frontline team, overseeing casework management and liaising with external agencies and councils to ensure clients receive appropriate support. Your focus will be on increasing client engagement and supporting timely moves to suitable accommodation. You will ensure the environment is safe, healthy, and aligned with Thames Reach’s ethos, fostering a culture of high performance and continual improvement for both yourself and the team.

Experience
Experience working with people affected by homelessness or related social issues is valuable. Confidence in supporting clients and engaging with a range of partners is essential.
