About the Role
Loch Lomond & The Trossachs Countryside Trust (LLTCT) is a charitable organisation dedicated to improving the natural environment, connecting communities, and delivering health and well-being activities within the National Park. Working in partnership with Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park Authority and RSPB Scotland, LLTCT is delivering the Loch Lomond & The Trossachs Landscape Connections (LLTLC) Initiative, funded by The National Heritage Lottery Fund. This initiative focuses on accelerating woodland restoration, addressing shared environmental threats, and maximising opportunities for people and communities across three landscape partnerships.

The Nursery Volunteer Coordinator role is a new and exciting position supporting the "Growing Our Future" work programme. You will coordinate volunteers and support day-to-day operations at the Lomond Nursery, which grows a wide range of native plant species to support nature restoration efforts. This role requires someone friendly and approachable, experienced in community engagement and volunteer management, and comfortable working practically outdoors in all weather conditions.

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to meaningful environmental restoration while working with a passionate team committed to people and nature.
