About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team in London. You will be pivotal to the success of our facilities management, overseeing building maintenance, grounds maintenance, security, and health & safety. Your role will ensure the smooth operation of the facility at all times, maintaining compliance with safety standards and regulations. Key responsibilities include managing maintenance and repair needs promptly, implementing safety and security protocols, coordinating facility staff, managing budgets, and fostering relationships with vendors and contractors. You will also develop strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs, ensuring the facility operates at its best.

Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in maintenance management or a related field.

About you
Strong knowledge of safety protocols and regulations. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Maintenance Management, Engineering, or a related field.
