As Manager, Product Management (Sustainability Solutions), you will support product development, management, analysis, and reporting for our Sustainability Solutions products globally. You will play a critical role in future-proofing our Sustainability Solutions strategy by enhancing the value proposition, driving scale, and supporting customers to enable a better consumer experience.

Key responsibilities include contributing to the management and go-to-market execution of Sustainability Solutions products, creating sales materials and tools to support product scaling, developing innovative and differentiated products, maintaining a library of best practices and case studies, monitoring competitive products and industry trends, supporting product enhancements and new solution deployments, and effectively communicating product updates to internal and external stakeholders.

Our Sustainability Solutions include the Carbon Calculator, powered by Doconomy's Aland Index, which helps consumers make environmentally friendly spending choices by providing actionable climate information. We also support the Priceless Planet Coalition, a flagship forest reforestation program aiming to plant 100 million trees. We continue to enhance and scale these assets to maintain our competitive advantage.

Experience
- Product Management and/or Product Development experience in relevant or related fields
- Experience building solutions for credit card issuers is a plus
- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience leading projects through all phases of the product development lifecycle
- Intermediate technical/operations experience within the financial payments industry
- Understanding of competitive offerings and industry trends

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
