About the Role

As Manager, Sustainability Solutions, you will play a critical role in supporting product development and management, analysis, reporting, and sharing best practices for our Sustainability Solutions products globally. You will help future-proof our strategy by enhancing the value proposition, driving scale, and supporting customers to enable a better consumer experience.
The role includes contributing to the management and go-to-market execution of Sustainability Solutions products, creating sales materials and tools for internal and external audiences, supporting the development of innovative and differentiated products, maintaining a library of best practices and case studies, monitoring competitive products and industry trends, and supporting deployment of product enhancements and new solutions. You will communicate product updates effectively to internal stakeholders and external customers, ensuring Mastercard remains a leader in sustainable payment solutions.
Our flagship initiatives include the Carbon Calculator, powered by Doconomy's Aland Index, which helps consumers make environmentally friendly spending choices by providing actionable climate information. Additionally, you will support the Priceless Planet Coalition, Mastercard’s forest reforestation program aiming to plant 100 million trees.
Experience
- Product Management and/or Product Development experience in relevant or related fields
- Experience building solutions for credit card issuers is a plus
- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience leading projects through all phases of the product development lifecycle
- Intermediate technical/operations experience within the financial payments industry
- Understanding of technical concepts such as APIs, databases, and payment processing
- Ability to lead strategic product conversations with senior stakeholders
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, conflict resolution, and project management skills
