Base hourly rate determined at time of interview and skills assessment. This is a skills-driven position with hourly rate set by a matrix-driven skills assessment. Total compensation includes a commission/incentive plan. Actual pay may vary based on seniority, merit, and geographic location.

As a Mechanical Assembler, you will assemble and install refrigeration system components such as compressors, motors, blowers, fans, coils, electric components and associated wiring, support braces, and other brackets. You will apply caulk, foam, and Sikaflex as necessary to assemblies, maintain a high level of workplace organization, complete unit traveler paperwork, and work with supervisors to develop work instructions and procedures.

You will ensure customers' product quality requirements are met, report any quality issues, strictly adhere to quality manuals, safety and corporate policies, and contribute to continuous improvement. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment is essential, along with performing any related functions as required.
