About the Role
The purpose of this role is to provide an external service to residents on our Housing sites across the Kingston Borough. Responsibilities include sweeping, painting, gritting, leaf clearance, graffiti removal, jet washing, grounds maintenance such as hedge trimming and shrub work, bulk rubbish and fly tip removals, and minor communal repairs. The role requires pride in workmanship, the ability to work independently or as part of a team, and driving some of the Council vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes. A general knowledge of the Kingston Borough is beneficial.

Experience
Experience with general repairs, groundwork, painting, and bulky item removals is desirable but not essential.

A full valid UK driving licence with category B entitlement is essential as the role involves driving Council vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes.
