Neighbourhood Response Officer


Location
London areas, based out of our office in Pollards Hill, Mitcham.
Hours
35 hours per week, Monday-Friday
Salary
£30,654 to £38,317 per annum (salary offered dependent on experience) plus London Allowance of £2,739 per annum
About the Role
As a Neighbourhood Response Officer, you will manage a portfolio of our estates across London, carrying out minor communal repairs, adaptations, site safety checks, rubbish removal, and completing general caretaking responsibilities including estate inspections and monitoring of cleaning and grounds maintenance. You will be driving a Moat branded van and wearing your Moat uniform with pride, providing our customers with the highest quality service. You will also be provided with full IT equipment including a laptop, iPad, and mobile phone.
Experience
Your experience of completing general property repairs will be valuable to ensure you’re able to provide an effective service in customer homes and communal areas. All our Neighbourhood Response Officers are locksmith trained and will go the extra mile for our customers to ensure their concerns are looked into.
About you
A current driving licence is essential, along with an appreciation of the needs of older or vulnerable people and of the role of a housing association.
Qualifications
No specific qualifications are required, but relevant experience in property repairs and a customer-focused attitude are essential.
