About the Role
Cardiff is a vibrant and growing city, and we have an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join the Recycling & Neighbourhood Services Team as a Neighbourhood Service Working Supervisor. Our team is committed to delivering excellent service to Cardiff’s residents and visitors, ensuring high standards in street cleansing, waste management, and environmental quality. As a Neighbourhood Service Working Supervisor, you will provide day-to-day operational supervision and control for all areas within the scope of cleansing services. You will ensure excellent customer service, plan and organise resources, and drive a range of fleet vehicles. The role involves monitoring daily work activities, responding to customer requests and complaints, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements. You will also provide leadership and support to the workforce, setting an example of best customer practice and standards.

Experience
Experience in supervisory roles within cleansing or waste management services is desirable. Ability to drive a range of fleet vehicles including HGVs is essential.

Qualifications
