Our Home Decarbonisation team works closely with homeowners and local authorities to eliminate fuel poverty and support Net Zero through energy efficiency and carbon reduction initiatives.
As an Operations Performance and Improvement Manager, you will be part of our central Operational Optimisation team, shaping the future of our delivery model. You will collaborate across the business to improve performance, drive efficiency, and support technology transformation. Your role will involve defining smarter ways of working, using data and insight to guide improvements in processes, systems, and service delivery. From documenting business requirements to tracking change initiatives, you will ensure our operations remain scalable, compliant, and customer-focused.

Experience
- In-depth knowledge of government-funded retrofit and energy efficiency programmes, especially ECO-funded delivery
- Solid understanding of the retrofit industry, including insulation, heating, and renewables installation processes
- Experience in business process analysis, operational improvement, and CRM systems (Salesforce knowledge is a plus)
- Strong account and partner management skills with proven ability to build effective relationships across teams and external stakeholders
