Home Decarbonisation - We’re working to eliminate fuel poverty, providing end-to-end management in energy efficiency and carbon reduction. Our team works closely with homeowners and local authority partners to provide home energy advice to prepare for Net Zero.
This role is part of our central Operational Optimisation team, working closely with colleagues across the business to improve performance, drive efficiency, and support our technology transformation.
You will help define smarter ways of working, using data and insight to guide improvements in process, systems and service delivery. From documenting business requirements to tracking change initiatives, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our operations are scalable, compliant and customer-focused.

Experience
- In-depth knowledge of government-funded retrofit and energy efficiency programmes, especially ECO-funded delivery
- Solid grasp of the retrofit industry, including insulation, heating and renewables installation processes
- Experience in business process analysis, operational improvement and CRM systems (Salesforce knowledge is a plus)
- Strong account and partner management skills with proven ability to build effective relationships across teams and external stakeholders
- Comfortable working in agile or fast-paced environments with flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities
