You will support her to have the maximum impact in Parliament by managing a busy and diverse workload. The role requires fast thinking, the ability to juggle competing priorities, and a commitment to providing the best possible support to represent her constituents effectively. You will work at pace, demonstrating outstanding organisational and interpersonal skills, excellent political judgement, and resilience.

Experience
Experience working in a fast-paced political or parliamentary environment is highly desirable. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and work under pressure.
