About the Role

We are recruiting Plumbing and Heating Engineers to join a growing clean-energy installation team in Redhill.

You will work alongside an experienced and qualified Heat Pump Installer, helping to install air source heat pumps, cylinders and radiators in customers’ homes.

Previous heat pump experience is not required. You will receive full air source heat pump training through a specialist training academy, with the opportunity to develop and progress towards becoming a Heat Pump Installer.

• Your plumbing qualification

• Your experience installing radiators

• Your experience installing cylinders

• Your experience installing pipework

What You’ll Be Doing

• Installing air source heat pumps, cylinders and radiators as part of an experienced installation team

• Completing plumbing and heating work safely, efficiently and to a high standard

• Working closely with Heat Pump Installers and system designers

• Following completed property surveys and schematic installation diagrams

• Supporting customers to improve the energy efficiency of their homes

• Completing specialist training and ongoing professional development

Essential Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or an equivalent qualification

• Experience installing radiators

• Experience installing cylinders

• Experience installing pipework

Desirable Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing or an equivalent qualification

• Water Regulations or WRAS qualification

• Unvented Hot Water Systems qualification, including Part G

• Gas qualifications

• Previous air source heat pump experience

Previous heat pump experience is not essential, as full training will be provided.
