About the Role

As a Product Certification Auditor specialising in Built Environment and Digital Construction, you will play a key role in maintaining product excellence by conducting certification assessments across varied environments. You will ensure compliance with BSI's rigorous certification schemes and Kitemark standards, delivering BIM-related product assessments in accordance with the ISO 19650 framework. This role requires extensive travel across the UK&I and involves preparing assessment reports, delivering findings to clients, recommending certification decisions, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will also lead assessment teams, coach colleagues, and manage a portfolio of clients to ensure excellent service delivery and account growth. The role includes an extensive onboarding plan to achieve Lead Assessor status and requires adherence to BSI policies and procedures. Experience
- Minimum of 4 years' industry experience within BIM, Built Environment, Construction, or a similar sector
- Expertise in ISO 19650 and Building Information Modelling (BIM) Framework
- Previous experience in product assessment or external auditing against standards
- Knowledge of quality management system auditing practices (ISO 9001)
- Experience with PAS 2080 (Carbon Management in Infrastructure) is a major advantage
- Ability to travel frequently across the UK

Qualifications
Relevant industry qualifications or certifications related to BIM, product certification, auditing, or quality management are desirable but not mandatory. Demonstrable knowledge and skills in audit practices and standards application are required, supported by successful completion of standardized assessments during onboarding.
