About the Role
The Climate, Nature and Sustainability Regulations team is seeking an experienced Product Manager to develop innovative solutions that support Bloomberg clients in managing workflows related to climate change, nature and biodiversity, and regulatory compliance. You will lead product development efforts that enrich the Bloomberg Terminal experience and contribute to enterprise products generating direct revenue. This role involves close collaboration across multiple Bloomberg teams including Core Product, Engineering & Data, UX, Bloomberg Intelligence, Bloomberg NEF, Enterprise Data, Enterprise Products, Analytics, and Sales.

The domain is rapidly evolving as investors increasingly seek to manage financial risks associated with climate change and nature-related factors such as deforestation, while aligning with regulations including SFDR, CSRD, green taxonomies, and ISSB disclosure rules. Your responsibilities will include crafting a clear vision and strategy, developing methodologies, conducting user testing, collaborating with engineers and data analysts on product implementation, and driving go-to-market strategies.

Key responsibilities include defining and communicating product strategy, delivering differentiated products that help clients make informed financial decisions considering climate and nature risks, ensuring product accessibility and impact across portfolio and screening tools and enterprise solutions, collaborating with experts to align products with the latest science and best practices, and establishing quality assurance and governance processes that meet high standards.

Experience
- Minimum 8 years of product management experience
- Proven track record of delivering end-to-end product solutions from vision through execution
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and development teams in high-pressure environments
- Ability to represent strategic plans to senior management and across teams
- Strong affinity and understanding of the Climate, Nature and Sustainability Regulations space
