About the Role
Fauna & Flora is seeking a qualified Programme Finance Officer to provide administrative and financial support to the Americas & Caribbean Programme. You will ensure the timeliness, quality, and effectiveness of financial management by assisting the team to produce, manage, and report against programme and project budgets. This role also supports strengthening fundraising and project administration. Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential. You will work closely with Programme Managers and the Finance Business Partner to solve finance-related issues and maintain accurate, up-to-date financial reports. The role requires excellent organisational and administrative skills, strong teamwork, and the ability to respond swiftly to changing organisational and team needs. You will enjoy building positive relationships across the organisation and working in a dynamic environment. Experience
Proven experience in a similar finance and administration role, with strong budgeting and financial analysis skills.
