About the Role
Energy Saving Trust is seeking an experienced and strategic Programme Lead – Advice and Retrofit to join our Operational Delivery team. In this role, you will lead a high-performing team of programme managers, overseeing a portfolio of energy advice and home retrofit programmes worth around £5 million annually. You will play a key role in shaping the future of our advice and retrofit services, ensuring exceptional customer experience, fostering new partnerships, and delivering high-quality end-to-end solutions for households across Great Britain. Working closely with senior leaders and external partners, you will manage budgets, contracts, and subcontractors while driving continuous improvement through robust performance monitoring and evaluation. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to tackling the climate emergency and supporting the transition to net zero through innovative energy efficiency initiatives.

Requirements

Experience
- Proven leadership skills managing teams and large-scale programmes
- Experience managing high-value contracts and relationships with government or large organisations
- Sound financial management and reporting experience, including oversight of multi-million-pound budgets
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills
- Experience leading change and continuous improvement initiatives
