About the Role
Energy Saving Trust is seeking an experienced and strategic Programme Lead – Advice and Retrofit to join our Operational Delivery team. You will lead a high-performing team of programme managers, overseeing the delivery of energy advice and home retrofit programmes across Great Britain. This role involves managing programmes worth around £5 million annually, working closely with senior leaders and external partners to ensure exceptional customer experience and continuous improvement. You will play a key role in shaping the future of our advice and retrofit services, nurturing partnerships, and delivering high-quality end-to-end solutions for customers aiming to improve their homes. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the transition to net zero and support households in improving energy efficiency, tackling fuel poverty, and reducing carbon emissions.

Requirements

Experience
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and large-scale programmes
- Demonstrable experience managing high-value contracts and relationships with government or large organisations
- Sound financial management and reporting experience, including oversight of multi-million-pound budgets
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills
- Experience leading change and continuous improvement initiatives
