About the Role
As Programme Manager for Sustainability & Regulatory Change, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic, high-impact programmes focused on sustainability and regulatory transformation. You will collaborate closely with market-leading sustainability experts and the firm's Sustainability Committee to drive meaningful change. Your responsibilities will include developing business cases, managing scope, budgets, and timelines, and ensuring programmes deliver against strategic objectives. You will establish and oversee programme governance, balancing agility with control to enable effective decision-making. Managing risks, issues, and dependencies across a complex change portfolio will be key, alongside driving stakeholder engagement and change enablement strategies to ensure successful implementation. You will provide clear, concise updates to senior leadership through reports and presentations and champion best practices in programme management aligned with the firm’s goals.

Experience
- Proven experience delivering complex programmes in professional services or global organisations.
- Expertise in sustainability and regulatory-driven change, with a track record of mitigating risks and achieving compliance.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.
- Experience working in global, cross-functional environments.
- Proficiency in programme management tools and methodologies such as MSP, PRINCE2, PMP, or APMQ.

Qualifications
