About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Programme Officer (London) and working within the RHS Learning and Public Engagement division, you will help deliver a regional strategy to raise awareness and drive engagement with the Nature Park programme.
Your role will include identifying local sources of support, inspiring and upskilling educators and settings through events and workshops, and working directly with young people and educators across all phases from ages 0-18. You will develop a deep understanding of the local context and available support on environmental education, nature restoration, climate change, climate adaptation and green space access.
You will collaborate with the multidisciplinary programme partnership to provide insights and test new programme elements. This role champions young people’s involvement in finding innovative solutions to ecological and climate challenges and supports the wider RHS strategy of engaging young people in a lifelong adventure with gardening.
Working for the RHS means joining a thriving charity dedicated to the transformational power of gardening and its benefits for people, places and the planet. You will be part of a knowledgeable, enthusiastic and supportive team committed to making a difference.
