£35,000 - £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)
About the Role
The Regional Environment Health & Safety (EHS) Advisor plays a vital role in supporting the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of VetPartners' Environment, Health & Safety strategy. You will work closely with clinical and non-clinical teams across your region to promote a positive safety culture, provide expert advice, and ensure compliance with legal and organisational standards. This is a permanent role offering the opportunity to influence health and safety practices across multiple veterinary practices within the region.
Key responsibilities include acting as the primary point of contact for health and safety matters, conducting audits and risk assessments, supporting incident investigations, delivering training, monitoring compliance with legislation, collaborating with regional leaders, analysing incident trends, supporting emergency planning, and assisting with contractor and facilities safety management.

Experience
- Demonstrable experience in a multi-site health and safety advisory role.
- Experience with incident investigation and root cause analysis methodologies (e.g. 5 Whys, Fishbone).
- Experience in veterinary, healthcare, agricultural, or commercial sectors is desirable.

Qualifications
- NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent (minimum).
