About the Role
Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Regional Environmental Safety & Health (EHS) Manager to lead and implement comprehensive EH&S programs across the EMEA region. This role is responsible for ensuring Health and Safety compliance for the Client account through systematic planning, effective reporting, and continuous improvement. You will provide guidance and support to regional directors, site management, program owners, and site personnel across multiple facilities to maintain compliance with EH&S requirements by designing, organizing, implementing, and maintaining policies, procedures, and programs.

This fast-paced, highly visible position requires an acute eye for EH&S risk and the ability to foster a strong culture of health and safety, delivering world-class EH&S results, improved productivity, and flawless execution. As part of the Work Dynamics EH&S team, you will support the implementation of JLL’s EH&S strategy and report directly to the Global Account Director.

Key responsibilities include implementing EH&S programs that comply with regulatory and client requirements, leading a team of Safety and Contract Risk Management Professionals, developing and conducting training, performing safety inspections and audits, managing incident investigations and root-cause analysis, and supporting ISO management system implementation and compliance. You will also ensure environmental regulatory compliance, monitor environmental performance indicators, and promote sustainable practices across multiple sites.

The role requires collaboration with various stakeholders including regional Operations leads, account country leads, Engineering, Risk & Compliance, Finance, HR, Projects, and Client Corporate Real Estate Team leads to ensure EH&S excellence across the account.

Experience
A minimum of 10 years of EH&S management experience within Operational Management systems and working with corporate clients. Proven ability to lead EH&S programs and teams across multiple sites and regions. Strong understanding of EH&S regulatory environments within the EMEA region.

Qualifications
Appropriate recognized professional EH&S qualifications and memberships are required. A degree in a related field or equivalent experience is preferred. Knowledge of safety requirements, fundamentals of safety education, industrial safety, risk management, and the application of data automation to safety functions is highly desired.
