About the Role

As the Regional Park Engagement Officer, you will lead inclusive and innovative community engagement for this landmark project. This unique role ensures that local voices, especially young people and underrepresented groups, play a central role in shaping the park’s business plan, design, and identity.
You will be the driving force behind community involvement, delivering wide-reaching engagement activities across Ealing. From co-design workshops to digital campaigns, you will create opportunities for residents and partners to connect, contribute, and take pride in this transformative initiative. Key responsibilities include building strong relationships with local groups, schools, and partners; facilitating co-design processes for the park’s trail, hubs, and branding; developing creative digital engagement strategies; producing regular newsletters; and promoting volunteering and community-led initiatives that support sustainability and biodiversity.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive difference to the borough and its residents by helping create a park that reflects local aspirations, celebrates diversity, and promotes wellbeing for generations to come.
