We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Engagement Officer to lead inclusive and innovative community engagement for the West London Regional Park project. You will be the driving force behind community involvement, ensuring ideas from residents and partners influence the park’s business plan, design, and identity. From co-design workshops to digital engagement campaigns, you will create opportunities for people to connect, contribute, and feel proud of this transformative project.
Key responsibilities include delivering wide-reaching, inclusive engagement activities across Ealing, building strong relationships with local groups, schools, and partners, facilitating co-design processes for the park’s trail, hubs, and branding, developing creative digital engagement strategies, producing regular newsletters, and promoting volunteering and community-led initiatives that support sustainability and biodiversity.
