About the Role
As the EMEA Head of ESG & Sustainability at UBS, you will lead the EMEA ESG & Sustainability franchise, responsible for delivering the region's ESG product and client strategy. You will produce high-quality published research and organize client access events. This role requires close collaboration with the wider EMEA research team to deliver sustainability products that include stock or sector conclusions alongside dedicated team output. Additionally, you will work closely with the Global ESG & Sustainability team to ensure coordinated global product delivery. Experience
- Prior sellside research experience with a proven track record in research product delivery and strong client relationships.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and deliver compelling research insights.
- Analytical rigour and intellectual curiosity, with the ability to critically evaluate complex information considering nuance and context.
- Understanding of systems thinking approach.
- Deep understanding of market trends and key drivers.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a history of building trusted relationships.
