Salary
Grade C - £28,148 - £32,519 gross per annum pro rata, depending upon experience, plus 8% employer pension contribution.

About the Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic, driven, and self-motivated individual to join Butterfly Conservation’s Nature Recovery team. This new role will involve working with colleagues, partners, contractors, and volunteers to deliver essential management work on our nature reserves in Central England. The successful candidate will oversee and provide delivery of day-to-day operations on our reserves, meeting the conservation and restoration objectives through practical work, managing locally based volunteers, supporting management planning, and monitoring responses of target species to positive management actions.
