About the Role
Circular Communities Scotland is a network membership organisation dedicated to supporting the establishment of a thriving circular economy in Scotland. We support and represent repair, reuse and recycling charities and social enterprises across the country. Our members prevent valuable products and materials from entering landfill, create local jobs and economic opportunities, and help promote social and environmental justice in their communities. Part of our work to support a thriving circular economy is through our Reuse Consortium, a self-sustaining business model made up of Circular Communities Scotland members who provide reuse furniture and white goods to local authorities across Scotland via a Scotland Excel Framework Agreement. We are recruiting a Reuse Consortium Officer to support our award-winning Reuse Consortium to grow and continue to thrive. This role offers the opportunity to join a growing and thriving team and contribute to delivering greater environmental and social impact across Scotland.

Experience
Proven stakeholder and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively. Experience in relationship building and communication with diverse stakeholders including consortium members, local authorities, housing associations, and procurement bodies.

A steady and organised individual with strong project management and organisational skills. A team player who can build and maintain positive, professional relationships. Willingness and aptitude to engage in daily tasks such as report writing, facilitating meetings, and supporting members and buyers with any issues or conflicts. A commitment to supporting the growth and development of the circular economy and the Reuse Consortium.
