About the Role
Bring your expertise to JPMorgan Chase as a Model and Data Product Manager within the Climate, Nature and Social Risk (CN&S) Data and Model Implementation team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the bank's approach to managing and advancing analytical frameworks that address climate-related risks. This role demands a deep understanding of various climate models and their interconnections, providing oversight on model integration, data requirements, and analytical work. You will leverage your extensive experience overseeing data and model development activities in a large financial institution or data solutions provider to promote innovation in risk management, product development, and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities include leading the design and implementation of climate risk data and analytical frameworks to support risk management strategies, focusing on integrating diverse climate models. You will oversee the execution and integration of climate risk data into existing systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, reliability, and compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. As a subject matter expert, you will collaborate closely with the Modelling Team to ensure seamless integration and continuous delivery of model updates. You will gather evidence and define requirements to address high-value recurring issues, usability gaps, or enhancements to modelling features, establishing tests to ensure quality before client release.

Additionally, you will enhance operational efficiency by streamlining processes and implementing best practices in data management and model execution. Utilizing advanced techniques such as statistical analysis, visualization, and sensitivity testing, you will interrogate, validate, and interpret model outputs. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to integrate risk model insights into business strategies and decision-making processes. You will also spearhead accelerator activities to fast-track the development and deployment of climate risk solutions, leveraging partnerships and external resources as appropriate.
