About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Red Squirrel Recovery Network (RSRN) Community Engagement Officer to join our team on a fixed term basis until September 2029. In this role, you will be responsible for raising awareness of the importance of red squirrel conservation and coordinating the volunteer programme. You will play a key part in giving the community an opportunity to reconnect with their natural heritage and contribute to the protection and recovery of this iconic species.

Experience
Experience in community engagement, volunteer coordination, or conservation work is desirable.

- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Enthusiastic about raising awareness and educating the public

Qualifications
Relevant qualifications in environmental science, conservation, community development or related fields would be advantageous but are not essential.
