The Schools Training Manager role primarily involves three key areas: leading the development and delivery of our teacher training offer including CPD and ITT for visiting teachers at Kew and through our online resource bank, Endeavour; teaching pupils across all key stages from Early Years to Key Stage 5; and supporting, mentoring and managing colleagues to ensure high-quality delivery and smooth day-to-day running of the Schools Programme. This is a fixed term contract for one year based on site at Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew. An Enhanced DBS Check is required for this role.
