About the Role
Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Senior Consultant to join the new EV and Integrated Energy Solutions EMEA product line within the Sustainability Services Business line. This role offers the opportunity to work with high-profile clients across the Netherlands, UK, France, or Germany, focusing on developing and implementing integrated energy solutions in the real estate sector. You will be involved in onsite power generation, storage and distribution, EV charging solutions, and Fleet Electrification programs.

The role includes designing and delivering strategies to deploy EV charging services for investors, landlords, tenants, and occupiers across residential, workplace, and retail use cases, as well as electrifying commercial fleets in industrial and logistics sectors. You will develop compelling investment cases and pragmatic, scalable solutions for stakeholders, leveraging experience from implementation and operation of these technologies to advise investors and portfolio managers.

You will collaborate closely with colleagues from Energy Services, Project Delivery Services, Facility Management Services, and Valuations Services to ensure successful project delivery. The role requires a passion for sustainability, renewable energy, and electrification of land transport, combined with excellent strategic thinking, communication, analytical, and project management skills.

Key responsibilities include business development of integrated energy and EV solutions, project management of client engagements, building strong client relationships, providing insights and future trends, overseeing team members, delivering high-quality outputs, contributing to knowledge management, and supporting the professional development of junior colleagues.

Experience
- Proven track record in developing and implementing business improvement, innovation, or technology strategies and programmes
- Experience in EV charging services and/or fleet electrification programmes preferred, consultancy background advantageous
- Exceptional project management and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills with ability to build and maintain client and internal relationships
- Experience developing holistic solutions in a business context

Qualifications
- Relevant academic degree and/or master’s or equivalent work experience in science, technology, engineering, or related fields with significant exposure to commercial decision making
