About the Role
Lewis Davey is recruiting for a Senior Consultant – Reporting to join a leading organisation and their Real Estate team. This role focuses on providing clients with solutions for a zero-carbon world. You will step into a client account lead role, managing relationships and leading the technical delivery of complex environmental reporting, strategic sustainability, performance management, and benchmarking projects.

Key responsibilities include:
- Account management: Maintain strong relationships with existing real estate clients and build new relationships to win further work, including cross-selling the full range of services.
- Project management: Oversee global data management and environmental reporting projects, ensuring delivery on time, to quality, and within budget.
- Technical input: Provide expert technical input on the environmental performance of property assets to support timely and budget-compliant deliverables.
- Business development and proposal writing: Identify and progress sales opportunities, write proposals to meet client needs, and secure new business.
- External champion for service: Promote services through external networking and maintain strong client relationships to attract new clients and repeat work.
- Operational duties: Provide timely responses to operational needs including timesheets, invoicing, reviews, project management information, and health & safety compliance.

Experience
Proven experience in client account management and technical delivery of environmental reporting and sustainability projects within the real estate sector.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex global projects.
Experience in business development and proposal writing is essential.
