About the Role
Bellrock is a trusted challenger in UK property services, redefining real estate management through insights, technology, and talented people. Since 2003, we have helped organisations transform their estates into high-performance, sustainable environments. Our integrated service model spans Technologies, Consulting, Critical Engineering & Jordon, and Intelligent Asset Care, delivering compliance, quality, operational excellence, and reducing cost and carbon impact. Our award-winning Concerto IWMS platform, mobile solutions from Mobiess, and energy analytics from InMetriks enable smart, data-led estate management at scale.
As a Senior Energy & Carbon Consultant, you will lead high-impact sustainability and decarbonisation projects across diverse sectors. You will work closely with clients to develop strategies that deliver measurable energy and carbon savings while supporting the transition to Net Zero. Acting as a technical authority within the Carbon Architecture team, you will manage complex projects, mentor junior engineers, and support the business in achieving its sustainability goals. Combining engineering expertise with data-driven insight, you will identify opportunities, design solutions, and guide clients through implementation.
Key responsibilities include leading and managing a portfolio of client projects from inception to completion, conducting complex energy and carbon audits, developing Net Zero strategies and energy masterplans, providing technical oversight on compliance workstreams such as ESOS, SECR, CCA, Scope 3, and Net Zero Roadmaps, and acting as a trusted advisor to maintain long-term client relationships. You will also support new service development, mentor junior team members, collaborate across Bellrock to integrate sustainability principles, assist business development with tenders and proposals, and ensure adherence to Health & Safety standards.
What We Offer
Upon joining Bellrock, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package including 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and an additional day as a thank you, salary exchange pension scheme, life cover, paid sick leave, Health Assured employee assistance and wellness program, enhanced maternity, paternity and adoption leave, salary sacrifice schemes such as Cycle to Work and Holiday Purchase Scheme, offers and discounts on everyday shopping and essentials, Healthcare Cashplan, MotorSave Scheme, Refer a Friend program, Liftshare, and Virtual GP services.
We foster an inclusive workplace that values diverse perspectives and supports your wellbeing, learning, and development. Flexible and hybrid working arrangements are embraced to help you balance your career and life.
