About the Role
Bellrock is the trusted challenger in UK property services, redefining how real estate is managed through insights, technology, and talented people. Since 2003, we have helped organisations transform their estates into high-performance, sustainable environments. Our integrated service model spans Technologies, Consulting, Critical Engineering & Jordon, and Intelligent Asset Care, delivering compliance, quality, operational excellence, and reduced cost and carbon impact. Our award-winning Concerto IWMS platform, mobile solutions from Mobiess, and energy analytics from InMetriks enable smart, data-led estate management at scale.

As a Senior Energy & Carbon Consultant, you will lead high-impact sustainability and decarbonisation projects across diverse sectors. You will work closely with clients to develop strategies that deliver measurable energy and carbon savings while supporting the transition to Net Zero. Acting as a technical authority within the Carbon Architecture team, you will manage complex projects, mentor junior engineers, and support the business in achieving its sustainability goals. Combining engineering expertise with data-driven insight, you will identify opportunities, design solutions, and guide clients through implementation.

Your responsibilities will include leading and managing a portfolio of client projects from inception to completion, conducting complex energy and carbon audits, developing Net Zero strategies and energy masterplans, providing technical oversight on compliance workstreams (ESOS, SECR, CCA, Scope 3, Net Zero Roadmaps), and acting as a trusted advisor to maintain long-term client relationships. You will also support new service development, mentor junior team members, collaborate across Bellrock to integrate sustainability principles, assist business development with tenders and proposals, and ensure adherence to Health & Safety standards and best practices.

Join Bellrock and be part of a workplace that encourages diverse perspectives, inclusion, and support to help you achieve more. We offer flexible and hybrid working, extensive learning and development opportunities, and a benefits package designed to support your wellbeing and career growth.
