Salary
£35,204 - £55,320 per annum

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior HSE Advisor to join our team and play a key role in promoting a positive health and safety culture across our operations. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental legislation, policies and procedures. This role supports employees across the company by promoting a positive culture through strong leadership and the utilisation of best practices. The ideal candidate will have strong demonstrable HSE experience in manufacturing, engineering, facilities or similar industries. You will be confident in your knowledge of UK HSE legislation, able to design and drive HSE campaigns and work with senior leaders to address HSE across the organisation. This position may require occasional travel within the UK.

Requirements

Experience
Proven HSE experience in manufacturing, engineering, facilities or similar industries. Strong knowledge of UK health, safety and environmental legislation. Experience designing and driving HSE campaigns and working with senior leadership to influence organisational HSE culture.

Proactive and confident leader with the ability to promote a positive health and safety culture. Strong communicator and influencer who can engage employees at all levels. Committed to continuous improvement and best practice in HSE. Willingness to travel occasionally within the UK.

Qualifications
Relevant professional qualifications in Health, Safety and Environment are desirable. DBS check will be carried out for the successful applicant.
